Solum began in August 2008 after a need was recognised for professional and efficient business services in the Wheatbelt.

Solum works across the Wheatbelt covering 43 shires and a variety of businesses, community groups and local governments.

The business operates across a virtual office environment and Solum are more than happy to travel to meet client needs.

Solum’s clients include local governments and Departments, Community Resource Centres, education and training bodies, small businesses, progress and community groups as well as not for profit organisations.

Caroline Robinson

Caroline has worked across the local government, not for profit, tourism, health, education and training industries.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Small Business Management and Tourism Management) as well as a Diploma of Education. She has received professional development through the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the art of facilitation, essential marketing skills, learning communities, rural development and extension.

She is passionate about the Wheatbelt, plays hockey, teaches ballet in the local community and resides on a farm with her husband in Mt Walker, WA.

Caroline was the 2011 Australian RIRDC Rural Woman of the Year and currently sits on the board of Directions and is the President of Roe Tourism. Professional affiliations include APEN, Australian Institute of Company Directors and RIRDC Alumni.

Judy Jefferys

Judy Jefferys has worked across the banking, education, local government and sport and recreation industries.

Judy is skilled in managing staff, budgeting, grant writing, infrastructure planning and management and vast skills in community development.

Judy has held positions on School Council, P and F’s and P and C’s, Sports Councils and various community committees.

Judy is passionate about netball and junior sport development. She has been a long time resident of the Wheatbelt and lives in Merredin with her husband and has three boys.
